Brandon Silverstein
Owner & Web Developer
| Thunderstruck (Live) AC/DC | 207,125 Drums |

| Dirty Little Secret All-American Rejects | 157,326 Guitar |
| PDA Interpol | 184,480 Bass |
Brandon Silverstein founded Impulse Development in September 2006. He designs and programs websites and web applications, all while managing the day-to-day operations of the business.
Brandon has been developing websites since 1996. His first website was a fan site for the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) men’s basketball team. He was a freelance web developer throughout college and graduated from UTEP in December 2004 with a computer science degree. After college, he worked at a local web design company for two years as a programmer, designer, and manager. He eventually grew tired of working for “the man” and decided to start his own business.
Brandon is a huge sports fan, has a witty sense of humor (according to himself), and enjoys playing Rock Band 2 during breaks at work. His favorite song to play is "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC, and he wishes the UTEP basketball team still used the song during pre-game introductions.

Andrew Hite is a computer nerd with a penchant for the interweb. He has worked professionally in the IT industry since the age of 17 and has risen from the lowly title of help-desk technician to accomplished programmer in just 7 short years.
Andrew began working with Brandon Silverstein at a local web design agency in August 2005 as a PHP developer. Shortly after Impulse Development opened its doors in late 2006, Andrew joined Brandon at Impulse Development as a Ruby on Rails programmer. A self-described "CSS ninja", Andrew handles all front-end development and most of the Ruby on Rails development for public websites.
While not programming, Andrew is a video game enthusiast, comic book nerd, and aspiring rock climber (he hasn't climbed anything taller than his own bed, but he will soon.) A firm believer in the work of director George A. Romero, Andrew also has a bullet-proof defense plan for the impending zombie apocalypse.
Andrew Latimer
Programmer
Andrew Latimer used to be the most recent addition to the Impulse Development team. He has been the designated "IT guy" in his family since the age of 4. Andrew's first step into the world of programming came his junior year of high school, and he's been hooked ever since.
Andrew met Andrew (Andy) Hite in early 2005 when Andy started dating Andrew's older sister. They ran into each other occasionally over the years and became friends through their common knowledge of technology and programming. After Andrew tweeted about looking for a programming job, he was hired as an official member of the Impulse Development team. His tasks include programming websites for clients, researching innovative trends in web development, and saying "who, me?" when people say "Andrew" around the office.
Andrew is currently pursuing a degree in computer science at UTEP. Andrew is a huge appreciator of music, plays guitar, sings, does yoga, boulders, and reads programming books (for fun!)
